• Earrings are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
• Necklaces can be exchanged for another item or credit note within 10 days of receiving your order. 
  
• Handbags can be exchanged for another item or credit note within 10 days of receiving your order

Refunds must be returned, unworn and in the original packaging. 

SHIPPING 

Please see the estimate making time for each individual item. Each item is shipped via Royal Mail - 2nd Class Tracked. If you need a rush order, please reach out and we will do our very best to have it with you on time. 

Delivery Times 

• Northern Ireland/UK - 2 to 5 working days. 
• Republic of Ireland - 3 to 7 working days. 
• Rest of the World - 10 to 28 workings days.
